The current release version of RegulonDB database is available for download in the following formats:

TXT format. The compressed file contains a text file for each existing table in the database. The fields of each record in the tables are in columns separated by tabs in the files.

XML format. The compressed file contains a XML file for each existing table in the database. Each database record is represented in the file as a node whose name is associated with the name of the table. The contained tags in a node represent the fields of each record.

DMP file. Database objects are dumped to a binary file, which can then be imported into another database.  The next RDBMS are supported:

• Oracle 10 or above.
• MySQL 5 or above.
• PostgreSQL 8 or above.
• Derby 10.6.1.0 or above.

BioPAX Level 3 format. This file contains all the tables and records from the database.
