Experimental Datasets

Data files of manually curated biological objects with experimental evidence and confidence level (confirmed, strong or weak). We include genome-wide transcription start sites mapped by HT methodologies. WARNING: Not every piece of knowledge, object or interaction is precisely supported by experimental evidence. Some include predictions by authors, by curators, or bioinformatic programs. Fort he sake of building benchmark sets, we strongy advise the use of our column on CONFIDENCE levels.
