Reaction Description
Reaction#: Reaction number.
Reaction name: Name of the reaction, including the reactants and the product names.
Reaction Description: Brief description of the reaction and the molecules that catalyze, inhibit, or activate it.
Reaction type: The type of reaction, i.e., transcription, translation, phosphorylation, activation by binding, etc.
Reactant name: Name of a reactant of the reaction. A reaction may involve one or more reactants. If more than one, these are numbered as reactant1, reactant2, etc.
Product name: Name of a product of the reaction. A reaction may involve one or more products. If more than one, these are numbered as product1, product2, etc.
Catalyst name: Molecule name that catalyzes the reaction. More than one molecule could catalyze the same reaction. If more than one, these are numbered as catalyst1, catalyst2, etc.
Catalyst type: Molecule type that is the catalyst, i.e., protease, enzyme, protein complex, etc.
Inducer name: Name of an inducer of the reaction. More than one molecule could induce the same reaction. If more than one, these are numbered as inducer1, inducer2, etc.
Inducer type: Molecule type that is the inducer, i.e., transcription factor, sRNA, sRNA-protein complex, etc.
Inducer evidence: Specific experimental or computational method(s) that supports the activity of the inducer in the reaction.
Inhibitor name: Name of an inhibitor of the reaction. More than one molecule could inhibit the same reaction. If more than one, these are numbered as inhibitor1, inhibithor2, etc.
Inhibitor type: Molecule type that is the inhibitor, i.e., transcription factor, sRNA, sRNA-protein complex, etc.
Inhibitor evidence: Specific experimental or computational method(s) that supports the activity of the inhibitor in the reaction.
Growth condition under which the reaction is active: Environmental growth condition under which the reaction is active.
Growth condition under which the reaction is inactive: Environmental growth condition under which the reaction is inactive.
Evidence: Experimental or computational method(s) that provides proof of the reaction.
